My Working Methods
I work online or physically on site. Flexibility and mindful use of resources are important to me. That is why I have made a conscious decision not to rent my own office space. Instead, I use co-working spaces in Aarau, Bern, Lucerne and Zurich. We may also meet at your premises.
Below you will find information about how I work in terms of content.
Get2Know
The Get2Know is the initial consultation. It is about clarifying the assignment and ensuring that you and I are a good fit as coachee or client. Regardless of the type of assignment, the Get2Know takes place online or in person, depending on your preference.

The following topics are discussed at the Get2Know:​

What is the assignment about (content)?

Can we envisage working together (relationship)?

How do we want to structure our collaboration (clarification of the assignment)?

The Get2Know service is provided free of charge.


Get2Coach One2One
Get2Coach One2One comprises individual coaching for managers and people in a work context, individual teaching supervision for (prospective) coaches, and specialist consulting for HR professionals and project managers. All Get2Coach One2One sessions can take place online or in person – depending on your preference.

The Get2Coach One2One sessions are structured as follows:

We define the respective session goal, keeping in mind the overarching task discussed during the Get2Know session.

We agree on how we could address the topic and then work on it.

After each session, we evaluate the extent to which we have come closer to the session goal and the overarching task discussed during the Get2Know session.

Get2Coach One2One charges are calculated based on the hourly rate (cash payment or invoice), with a minimum charge of 1.5 hours per session.
Get2Coach One2Many
Get2Coach One2Many includes peer coaching for managers and people in a work context, supervision for (prospective) coaches, and peer coachings for HR specialists and project managers. All Get2Coach One2Many sessions can take place online or in person, depending on your preference. The group size is 4–7 people.

Within Get2Coach One2Many, I work according to the following procedure:

We start with a check-in and then make our expectations regarding our collaboration transparent to each other.

We collect the current issues and prioritise them.
-
We agree on how we could address the issues and then work on them.
-
We conclude with a check-out and a feedback session. We also review the extent to which the expectations expressed have been met and whether the solutions developed are helpful.
I charge for Get2Coach One2Many according to a pre-agreed flat rate.


Get2Improve
Within Get2Improve, I take on mandates in the areas of organisational consulting, organisational and team development, and workshop facilitation for small and medium-sized enterprises.
I also develop training and continuing education courses with a focus on soft skills development, and conduct these courses on request.
Get2Improve mandates usually include the needs-based design of content, including implementation and process support.

I work iteratively according to the following principle:

Analysis (specific clarification of tasks and needs)

Assessment (appropriate options for action)

Design (development/implementation of desired option)
-
Evaluation (measurement of success of implemented option).
Get2Improve mandates are invoiced on the basis of a previously prepared quotation or an individual contract.
