Honestly: How do you react to change? Do you feel the urge to build walls or rather windmills? Do you see change more as an opportunity and go with the wind of change? Or rather as a challenge that you are forced to face? Or is it perhaps both, depending on the change?


Fact is: As contradictory and striking as the feelings of opportunities and challenges or of walls and windmills may seem, both are fully justified. Depending on the situation and context, sometimes one is more effective, sometimes the other. In rapidly changing times and based on the premise that everything is subject to constant change, a skilful, conscious approach to change is an important basic skill.
